it's been more than two weeks since kelantan ended and the multiple gashes on my feet are still bleeding. The amount of kleenex I use per day is phenomenal. bah.

tomorrow's commons. I'm sooo looking forward to friday's party and saturday and whatnot celebrations possible after the commons. then again, i'm not looking forward to knowing my marks at all.

this holiday has been more rejuvenating than i thought it would be-- it has been less devoted to revision as compared to reflection and relaxation. (plus, of course, the unique outdoor experience and camaraderie) i guess that's the better way to go? i'm not at all worried by the fact that this has been one of the most carefree holidays that i've enjoyed over the past five years-- if this comes at the cost of grades, it's a good exchange for some unwinding. bah. this should be the way holidays are, even if its escapist and slightly hedonistic. what's wrong with academic retardation anyway. it just makes one high-strung, intelligent for the absolutely wrong reasons, and powerless to use his intelligence. rant rant rant rant.
